Front Desk by SecondBid24/7 AI receptionist for home services Hear her live: (786) 983-5692

She works with the calendar and software you already run.

No new platform to learn, no rip-and-replace. During your build we connect her to your existing setup on one of three standard paths, and we confirm your exact path in writing before she ever takes a live call. This page lists every system we've verified, and says plainly what happens with each one.

Your calendar She books straight onto it

She checks your calendar live on every call and books onto it, the appointment shows up like one your office took.

Google Calendar

That's the easiest one there is. She checks your Google Calendar live on every call and books straight onto it. The booking shows up like one you took yourself, and you can move or cancel it the way you always do.

Outlook / Office 365

She connects to your Outlook calendar, checks it live before she offers any time, and the booking lands on it like one your office made. If your Microsoft account asks an admin to approve the connection, that's a one-time click we'll walk you through.

Apple / iCloud Calendar

She books onto your iCloud calendar. Setup uses a special app password Apple generates for connections like this, not your normal password, and we never see that. One heads-up we'll put in writing: if you change your Apple password, tell us first, because Apple switches that connection off when you do and we'd need two minutes to reconnect it.

Other calendars (Zoho, Fastmail, Nextcloud, and most others)

If your calendar supports a standard calendar connection (CalDAV), she can check it and book onto it the same way. We'll confirm yours during your build.

Your job software Bookings become real jobs

On these systems, each booking she takes is also created inside your software automatically, a real job (or request) your dispatcher assigns, no re-typing.

ServiceTitan

Yes, with one honest detail. She doesn't book inside ServiceTitan directly, no outside system does. She checks the schedule we set up with you, books the job, and it's created in ServiceTitan automatically as a real job for your dispatcher to assign. What she can't see is ServiceTitan's crew capacity, so she books in arrival windows and your board stays the final word on which tech goes.

Service Fusion

She books the job and it's created in Service Fusion automatically for your dispatcher to assign. She works from the schedule and capacity we set up with you, your dispatch board stays the final word on who goes where.

Workiz

She books the job and it's created in Workiz automatically, with the address, job type and time filled in. She works from the schedule we set up with you; your Workiz board stays the final word on assignment.

Jobber

She books against the schedule we set up together and each booking is created in Jobber as a request, the same kind of request your website form creates, ready for your office to schedule. One thing we won't pretend: Jobber doesn't show its live board to any outside tool, so she works from your hours and capacity that we load with you, not from watching Jobber itself.

Your dispatch board Calendar + complete summary

On these systems she books onto the calendar your office works from, and every booking also lands in your office inbox as a complete summary, name, number, address, problem, time, which is what your office turns into the job.

Housecall Pro

Your Housecall jobs already flow onto your Google Calendar, she checks that same calendar live, so she can see your real day, and books new work into the gaps on it. The new booking lands on your calendar and in your office inbox with the customer's name, number, address and problem, and your office turns it into the Housecall job, about a minute's work, and we'll show you exactly how it looks during your build. Edits to jobs still happen inside Housecall, the way they do now.

FieldEdge

She books onto the calendar your office works from, and every booking also lands in your office inbox as a complete summary, name, number, address, problem, time, which is what your office turns into the FieldEdge job. During your build we'll confirm the exact handoff with your team in writing, before she ever takes a live call.

RazorSync

The same way as most shops we work with: she books onto the calendar your office watches, and every booking arrives in your inbox as a complete summary your office turns into the job. We'll confirm the exact path with you in writing during your build.

mHelpDesk

She books onto the calendar your office works from, if your mHelpDesk schedule already syncs with your Google Calendar, she checks that same calendar. Every booking also lands in your office inbox as a complete summary. We'll tell you plainly in writing during your build what connects directly and what runs through your calendar.

Service Autopilot

The one-time jobs she books, estimates, cleanups, repairs, land on your office calendar and in your inbox as complete summaries, ready to drop into Service Autopilot. Your recurring routes stay exactly as they are; she only adds the new work that comes in by phone.

No system at all?

That works too. If you run on the phone and a notebook today, part of your build is setting you up with a proper calendar in your name, free, yours to keep even if you ever leave us, and she books onto that. You'll see every job on your phone the moment it's booked, and get a summary in your inbox for each one.

The promise behind this page: every booking she takes is checked against the calendar we connect for you, lands on that calendar and in your office inbox the moment the call ends, and, on the systems that support it, is created as a job in your software automatically. Where your software needs a human to make the job, the summary she sends is the whole job on one page. If your system isn't listed, ask us, during your build we confirm which of the three paths it takes, in writing, before she takes a live call. It's a build step, not a sales promise.
