No, not on any plan. Setup is done for you: we build her from your intake form, you hear the live demo free before you pay anything, and you approve your own build before she takes a real call.
A minute is a minute of a call she answers and handles for your shop, measured from the call record and rounded up per call to the next whole minute. Spam calls, hang-ups, and wrong numbers never count and are never billed, and neither do test calls during setup.
You pay $0.35 for each minute past your plan's included minutes, billed monthly in arrears on your next invoice. An optional hard cap is available on request, as the Terms provide. There are no per-call fees and no other usage charges.
Yes. She identifies herself as an AI assistant at the start of every call and states that the call may be recorded. She never pretends to be a person.
Yes, on every plan. When a caller speaks Spanish, she answers in Spanish and runs the whole call in Spanish, questions, booking, and confirmation.
She transfers the call live to your on-call number. For a smell of gas, she tells the caller to get out and call 911 first.
Yes. The service runs on call forwarding; we never port your number. Turning the forwarding off ends the service.
